Strategy

USPC is an institutional-grade ERC-4626 wrapper for iUSPC, actively managed across money markets (TermMax), LP venues (Curve, StakeDAO), and fixed income (Spectra, Pendle), coordinating veBoost mechanics and vote incentives. This vault amplifies yield by applying leverage across idle USPC positions, Curve LP positions staked in StakeDAO via Morpho, and Principal Tokens. LTV is actively monitored and managed to preserve capital efficiency while limiting liquidation risk.

In Phase-1, the underlying USPC backing is anchored by a diversified portfolio of institutional-grade assets, with 80% allocated to daily liquid money market funds (BlackRock ICS USD Liquidity and Fidelity ILF USD) and 20% to Apollo ACRED, a tokenized private credit fund with quarterly liquidity. This structure is designed to maintain strong day-to-day liquidity while enhancing yield through institutional private credit exposure.
