USDC
Flint USD deploys USDC into tokenized real estate bonds and private credit backed by euro-denominated operations. Since the vault is denominated in USDC, the euro exposure is fully hedged back to USD using IBKR hedge: the USD–EUR rate differential is captured as carry on top of the underlying yield. Allocations target ~10% gross APR in USD with an average duration of ~18 months, yield distributed weekly on-chain. Every position goes through a credit, liquidity, and smart-contract risk framework before inclusion. Non-custodial, deposits and withdrawals happen directly on-chain, no intermediary touches the capital.
