Core EURC is our euro-denominated vault, designed to preserve exposure to the EURC underlying while generating stable, risk-adjusted yield. The strategy deposits EURC into Aave as collateral, using it to borrow USD-backed stablecoins such as USDC and GHO. These borrowed assets are then redeployed into higher-yielding sub-vaults, primarily Core USDC and AppleFarm USDC, in order to capture spreads above the borrow rate. The result is a euro-native yield engine that benefits from dollar-denominated opportunities while avoiding unhedged forex exposure.
